Decided to dine here for our anniversary and were so happy we did. Staffing was friendly and smiles were served as well as awesome food. Leftovers were easily boxed to bring home including sauces which they put in little dip containers for us. Was super fast, only a few minutes after ordering when delicious hot appetizers were heading our way. Would highly recommend it and may make it a regular date night/day.
I went there for lunch time and I left happy! The food is really tasty and the staff friendly . I usually don’t eat egg soup but the one here is good .And the view .. well there’s some pics . Definitely going there again in the future .Recommended dishesVegetable Chicken Lunch Special

Unfortunately this restaurants only strongpoint is the view. My family has wanted to try this place for a while & we love to support locals. Nothing ordered tasted authentic for such high prices & the waiting time for one of our orders took far too long. The restaurant was hardly busy & the few others there were tended to in an odd order, meaning: other tables who got seated after we ordered, got their orders before most of ours. $4 fountain drink was 95% ice. One out of 3 items ordered was pretty okay for the most part.
My goal is to try every food place I can well this place is in top 5 out of last 30 or so. Everything was great, nothing was overdone or underdone.
It took me far to long to try this place. I'll be honest I "judged a book by its cover" and avoided this restaurant due to its exterior building and location. After my usual go to was closed, and backup super busy I gave it a shot and placed an order for takeout. My mouth about hit the floor when I went in to pick up my food. This place is very nice inside, and had a good view to boot. I got WAY more food than I was expecting trust me a small soup is fine at a super affordable price. This darkhorse has become my new go to for Chinese in Port orchard.
Our first 15 minutes started off rough, think our waitress needed a break. Whatever she did, turned it around, because I was ready to leave befire. She turned out to be so helpful, nice & friendly. Her food suggestions were spot on, because the food was super good. We tried some things we had never had, like the pineapple shrimp, YUM! They could have a few more dessert options on menue, which is very easy to read & order from. The view is pretty dang nice, but need more handicap parking & parking in general.
Horribly salty and lacking vegies...they gave us just celery which was hard and cold in a hot dish! Egg fooyong was horrible too...can't believe they get business. They won't from us anymore...also the service was so slack. We ordered baroque pork and didn't get it until we were leaving! So weird...Food: 1/5
If you were a fan of the mandarin Chinese restaurant that was in silverdale, wa . Like I was. Then THE GOLDEN GRILL BY THE BAY is going to be your newest favorite Chinese restaurant food is always good here . Wonderful food, atmosphere and friendly hospitality and I have to give it a very high rating . Trust me about this restaurant and you won't be disappointed Kid-friendliness: Absolutely Dietary restrictions: Ask questions and receive the information and will be amazed by the knowledge that they have for you
