Poor Customer Service...... For Some. I went into the restaurant to pick up my food and requested Duck Sauce. As I was casing out I asked if it had been put in the bag and was told it wasnt, but she would get it. As the owner was finishing my transaction, she asked if she could help the next person in line, who said she had 7 in her party. The owner then left the counter and began setting up the table for 7. I figured she had fotgotten about the Duck Sauce, so I asked again if Icould have some Duck Sauce and her response was "I know", and finished putting on the table cloth on before walking back over to the counter where I had cashed out, and handed me the Duck Sauce. I'm a black woman and the 7 patrons who came in after me were white. I found this extremely disrespectful and dismissive. And will NEVER go back! Everyone wants to feel valued and respected and that I did not. It's a shame there are people even owner's who feel they can marginalize particular people.
Always quick service and good to great! Love the hot & sour soup, house special noodles, beef chow foon, etc. Best Chinese food in the area!

Old School really good Chinese food and Atmosphere - with Great Service. The host just went around the whole restaurant and asked everyone how their meal was.

There is a service fee of $1 for ordering online to pick up. Prices of luncheon menu are high. This restaurant opens late compared to other Chinese restaurants in town. Most meals are somewhat taste good though. Parking: Not enough parking space underneath the highway.
The worst Hot & Sour Soup. I ordered a large size to go because I had a craving for deliciousness. I popped off the lid in the car during the ride home because I couldn't wait to taste but wait a minute, what the heck was I tasting? It wasn't spicy hot, it was bland, it wasn't at all sour and worst of all it was thin, I was drinking vegetable broth. Never have I gotten this soup with a thin consistency, NEVER. I got the Pad Thai too and besides the crushed peanut piled in the corner there was hardly any other ingredients it there besides plain rice noodles, it was tasty but there was no sauce to be found.
