I've been in Strathmore my entire life and these ladies that work at the registry never cease to amaze me!
They are very rude and malicious and always have been. Although I am an adult now, as a young girl I remember being scared to go into the registry and at times the ladies would make me cry on my way home. They have no customer service skills but they do know their job well! A little too well! I'm in my mid-20's now and I still wait till the very last second I can before I have to go into Gold Key.
