If I could assign a 0 star, I would. Although the staff member was friendly, the service was lacking. It took 2.5 months to get a ring that was supposed to take, at most, 4-6 weeks. I understand that delays happen and we can't always control that. I don't understand why staff could not contact me and let me know what was going on. In the 2.5 months, nobody from the store ever contacted me. I had to call repeatedly. After 8 weeks, I went to the store. I walked into the store and there was nobody there. I kept calling out but there was no response. I waited for over 5 minutes. I was ready to go to the back room of the store to see if someone was hurt or needed assistance when I heard the back door open. The employee had gone outside and left the store unattended. I asked about the ring and she texted the manager. We waited for a few minutes with no response. I had another errand to run so left and came back 15 minutes later. The employee had heard from the manager and the ring had to be sent to another jeweler for the engraving as their jeweler did not do engraving. On September 1st, over 10 weeks after ordering the ring, I still hadn't heard anything so I called again. My ring was there yet no one had called to let me know. I won't be shopping at this business again.

Service at the store itself was very good and friendly. The problem is when we got them to send away my mom's rings for repair/cleaning and to have them sized for my fiancé. Whoever repairs the rings completely destroyed one ring. Broken in 3 or 4 places and missing gem. The other needed to be sized twice because it was square the first time. And now another replacement gem fell out. Store is fine, do not get any repairs done with them if the jewelry means anything to you.

Had some repairs & modifications done. I was told 3-4 weeks but it was ready in a week!! Great workmanship & exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Went in looking at rings, and the lady was super helpful and friendly. Couldn't have asked for any better of service!
