Bartenders are amazing on both sides! Go say hello and they will make the best drinks
The bartenders at this place are great! Also this place has cold smoke on tap, plenty of pool tables and is just a great spot to have a few beverages. I will absolutely be back next time I'm in town.
Delaney honestly made the best drinks I have had down town. Super friendly and responsive. Check out the western and try her green tea shot!!!
Just moved here from colorado. The first weekend i was here i was invited to The Western and I have to say, i was more then impressed. I felt very welcomed. I didn't get that feeling of being an outsider. Won some money, drank some made right mixed drinks and had some hard laughs! I appreciate the hospitality. Thank you

The update on the Gold Bar side definitely is an upgrade! Feels more like a modern tavern.
Went in today for a beer, bartender was not capable of taking care of who was next in line and had an attitude. Took our business across the street.
While here in Helena I stopped in and enjoyed it very much. I had a very good omelet for breakfast and the staffis very friendly and attentive. A must stop at location in Helena
Always treated like family best bartenders and company around. 10/10 do recommend
