I hired them for a straight forward mortgage refinance case. The assistant did not follow up with insurance company to ensure the required document is in place until the closing day. And, I was not notified until the lender decided to postpone funding. The assistant left it to me to sort out things that she should have done earlier. So I have to urgently contact both insurance company and mortgage broker to figure out what's wrong and fix it. At the end, it didn't cause major issue for me but that's very annoying to get such a big surprise on the closing day. I would believe it's a negligence but again it's not a happy experience.

Very professional and very competitive rates. Jason helped us incorporate our business and it was hassle free. In less than an hour we left with all our paper work neatly arranged in a binder including share certificates, guides on our responsibilities as business owners and directors. Jason answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using these guys.
