Bought my Rav 4 hybrid 2 weeks ago. Alex provided excellent service from helping me pick it out, to ordering it and then finalizing every details. I truly appreciated all his help. Nicole in the finance department was also incredible to work with. She was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I never felt like she was trying to push me to spend more money. Overall, I had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at Goderich Toyota.
We had a very positive experience with Goderich Toyota. Alex was very personable and patiently explained the technology, which was new to us. Everyone in the dealership that day was friendly. A week later we drove home in a newer model used car and we are very happy with it. Great people, great service.
Super friendly staff and great service. Steve in Parts helped me out with getting an oil filter and everything else I needed to do an oil change on my RX 350. Prices were really good too, especially for OEM parts. Definitely recommend!

He was very approachable and friendly,very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and made me feel very treasured as a customer! He accommaded all my needs and requests I asked for in regards to getting my new vehicle! Nicole was also very friendly and nice to do the finances and the staff that did the paint touch ups,buffing,taking out the dent, cleaning the seats, doing the safety and oil change were all amazing! Purchase of new vehicles was an easy, seamless experience. Alex was a great sales person to work with and Nicole effortlessly handled the paperwork. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy a car.
