New bakery that just had their full scale opening yesterday was operating as a pop up earlier, a welcome addition to the neighbourhood. They specialize in croissants and other baked goods. They have cafe seating area and serve coffee. For my first visit I ordered 3 different varieties of croissant for takeout. Very airy and soft in the middle with a nice crunchy outside, just the way I like it. I do prefer my croissants to be a bit more buttery tasting though, but great regardless.
Same problem as the other location .... the quality is good... but when was the bread and croissant made ?!!!!! it all tastes like it was from yesterday; or maybe do the baker does his job the evening before? Being from europe I am a little mad we can't get a croissant made at 6am for eg and staying fresh for the day... So, taste is good; but please tell me when things were baked; is it fresh? Great for Toronto, but average for European standard...
I just went in for the first time and it was the best idea. Everything was delicious. Be back soon!
