This place is very good. Service is great, food looks good and it is delicious and prices are very reasonable. You will definitely LOVE it.
Service going down they changed the price and they didn't change it on the menu and when you are at the cash to pay the bill they tell you here is a paper on the wall near the cash saying that prices have changed but no one tells you at the moment of the order that the prices at the menu are wrong or anything about that so if you keep them pay attention to the bill you'll end up paying a different price than the one listed on the menu when I spoke to the boss he started arguing and saying that legally he is protected as he has put a paper near the cash saying that prices have changed and trying to defend the fact that he didn't change the menus or put at least stickers on the menu saying that prices have changed this is a type of scamming people and trying to be legal at the same time which is ethically not reasonable at all it's a business wants to keep a good reputation very very disappointed about this way of managing a restaurant this was my third or fourth time and the last time otherwise the food is acceptable and above the average in terms of quality service is above average as well besides this price change issue.
We loved it. We appreciate the fact that they stay open late. Budget and freat food.
Authentic Algerian food reminded me of my trip to that beautiful countryFood: 5/5
I was there for a dinner, the food is good and tasty however they have a bad service they are rude and not professional or at least that’s what I experienced, unfortunately I don’t know any other places to recommend in Montréal.
I've been invited here by an Algerian friend and I really liked it, definitely I'll come back coz I felt really comfortable, the welcome were very warm and the waiters are very welcome and friendly with a big smile always, a Good variety of Algerian dishes which was very tasty especially their home made bread and the Algerian ice cream called "Créponné" and finally the prices are affordable
I don't know what happened but last evening took 2 chicken sandwiches for 26$ total and ate the worse sandwich ever. Just cooked dry chicken with baguette bread, 2 pieces of tomatoes, a little salad, lots of uncooked onions why? and almost no Algerian sauce, just a drop... it was dry and not tasty at all, never again, so disappointed!
Good place to eat affordable but the service is slow
Authentic experience the same sandwiches and snacks as we used to eat back home a slight cons the waiting time for the take away exceeded 25 minutes... They have to work on that to speed up serving hungry hosts a part of that fairly good
I don't know what happened me either but yesterday I took a merguez Taco and it was the worst sandwich I ever ate and their hot dogs also were not good never going there again sorry!
