From the moment I walked into the store, Thea greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. What really impressed me about Thea was her wealth of knowledge in the field of nutrition. She was able to answer all of my questions with ease and gave me great advice on which supplements would be best for my needs. I never felt like she was trying to upsell me or push me towards products that I didn't need, which is something that I truly appreciated. Thea was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which was so helpful. I left the store feeling confident in my purchases and with a greater understanding of how to take care of my body and overall health. Overall, I highly recommend Thea and GNC to anyone looking for expert advice on nutrition and supplements. I've had an amazing experience every time I go to the Eaton Centre location! They've made getting my supplements during the pandemic super easy and less nerve racking. The manager and staff are extremely knowledgeable and have been so great to talk to especially Abhimanya . Will definitely continue to come back to this location as they've been such an incredible help through an incredibly stressful time!

The employees I spoke to looked like they’ve never even lifted weights obviously lacked knowledge and was aggressively trying to sell me poor quality supplements by throwing out buzz words without actual understanding.
