Best automobile manufacturer in Canada basically everyone in Oshawa works there very good people and great manufacturers they will be around forever! I just put in an application I hope they call me! It's one of the last known companies in Ontario that actually pay a pension to their workers which is very very rare
Got attacked by their forklift trainer Raymond on my second day. Not impressed, he's their only trainer so I don't think I'll be going back.nnRefused to participate in unsafe work and I don't think I'll be accommodated by getting a different trainer. Not happy
Just the size of the whole complex is so mind-blowing and as second generation employee my dad retired in the mid 1990s it is very exciting and I can't wait to get a new truck, it would be my second new GM truck I had a few used GM vehicles but nothing beats a new one

I worked here in different buildings around the plant. All of the people I work with are very friendly and helpful. Some of the buildings are quite large and it’s easy to get lost, but there’s always someone around to help you. They’re always hiring and need people. I’m an industrial cleaner.
