I am really angry and frustrated right now ! I order some skin treatment for about 2-3 weeks ago , the parcel was supposed to come with DHL but because of the strike , they gave it to this delivery company here. I contacted DHL and they told me that my order will be delivered in about 24h with their third party agent . So I had the tracking details and I went on their website to track it . Saw they had it and that I needed to wait for it to be delivered. it was on Friday . On Monday , I went checking again and saw that my package was about to be delivered but their truck broke down. So I called and was wondering if I could schedule a pick up so they didn’t even have to their jobs right because I really need it and it’s urgent . I explained the whole situation to the agent and that I was gonna leave the country on Wednesday and that I need my skin treatment before my flight and I don’t mind going to the facility to get it . She said don’t worry , we will contact you today to advise you when you can come , she gave me the address of the facility and everything… I waited for a call , nothing I called back and she said I am sorry it’s too late to schedule a pick up sadly , but rest assured it will be delivered to you on Wednesday. Mind you, on the website it said:”we have to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow” but since it was a Holiday I said okay but please make sure it gets delivered on Wednesday and that everything is sealed and nothing breaks because those are very expensive items and they are important since I have to treat my skin . She said no worries , it will get delivered on Wednesday.nCalled today , they had the nerve to tell me they couldn’t trace nor find my package … like what ???? You had it on a truck on Monday , how can it disappear on Wednesday? The girl on the phone was yelling and wouldn’t let me talk… obviously I was frustrated and I was explaining everything with a certain tone but I wasn’t rude to her specifically and they she started yelling at me , talking louder than me and telling me that she didn’t want to repeat herself… and I was like girl , you are angrier than I who is trying to find his package and spent a 1000$ on products that this company can’t find and I have a flight and I need this treatment . I have a flight in about 6 hours and I won’t leave the country without my item because it was supposed to come on Monday already.nI spoke to a supervisor really kind and he said he was going to call me to give me an update and find a solution for me . Still waiting on this call/update , it’s been 4 hours and I am stressing , I am frustrated. Like how long does it take to find one single package … I am even willing to come and pick it up I WILL DO YOUR JOB FOR YOU. And the worst part is the company where I bought my products won’t give me a refund because it’s not an issue on their part . So still waiting on my package and I hope I receive it before getting to the airport .
Beware of this company, do not use them if you don't want your product to arrive in small pieces. They damage a very expensive motor, they asked me to open a claim, after 4 months, they finally responded the claim is refused, because the driver didn't mention anything on the proof of delivery.
They lie about attempted delivery. I was at home both times their tracker says they tried to deliver. They say they left a notice but they didn't. Waited on their helpline for 2 hours and couldn't get to anyone. I am going to have to go through the vendor to deal with this blatant fraud.
Worst delivery company in the world they simply don't deliver they take your package for a trip and in the end of the day instead of delivering it they take it back to their terminal a d every tiem i call they say it will be delivered tomorrow and the same shit happens
Was expecting a delivery for days, the system told me It was on delivery Friday, the estimated time of delivery was pushed 3 times during the day. The package was supposed to come at maximum 5:25. At 6.15 I decided to call customer service for them to tell me my package is pushed back until Monday. Terrible service and I got absolutely no message from them telling me my package was pushed 3 days later.
