Above all .. the Customer Service right from the phone to in store to the Regional Supervisor > Above and Beyond! Best Customer Service ever! WHile the particular product didn't work for me (Buddy T cat) .. I am committed to checking out other products as well as I am recommending Global Pet Foods to ALL my critter lovin' friends!
