Employees were very friendly and had good customer service. Great food selection for healthy choices for cats and dogs. Though, the sole male employee I saw and dealt with was sort of creepy. Though, I would recommend.

The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeted with a smile. They've always answered my questions and helped when necessary. The store is small but organized and their cats are super sweet. I would definitely recommend it.

This more of a review of the company as a whole and not this location. I really wanted to like these guys my dog has a food sensitivity and can't t just eat anything however their store brand lid holistic food was amazing for his skin and he really liked it. The bad thing is the would never have it stocked I tried to order it and come in 1-2 weeks later when the food was supposed to be in and 9 times out of ten I get a I don't know where it is or I guess it wasn't ordered. This is systemic thoughout this company as it has happened at every store I have tried so far. Really disappointing maybe they should have a streamlined system to make sure when you special order something it actualy arrives and gets set aside. Really disappointed
