Friendly staff with good products. My lil chi loves the bully sticks, yak cheese, and turkey bacon! Got him a very cute harness by the pretty paws brand. Good quality and location.
This store pops up as selling live fish- they do not. They are very kind so any other pet- related items could be bought here.
I went in there last Saturday, wasn't greeted by the young man working there. I was looking around to see what was on sale, wasn't offered any help although I was the only customer in the store. I walked the aisles and didn't find any dog food on sale. Feeling awkward leaving empty handed, I asked the clerk if there is a flyer I could look at. He looked at me utterly confused and asked me to repeat myself. I again asked for a flyer or what is on sale. He told me they don't have a flyer. I asked if they had weekly specials, he said no as though it was an outrageous question. I said okay and proceeded to leave, when I saw a table of sale items. Poor service/no service, no weekly sales. I thought I'd give this local store my business, but it's difficult to when I can go to PetSmart which has sales all the time, has a rewards program, and the service is friendly.
Gator and I love the staff and made us feel like part of their family ....well done !!!
Always a friendly, clean store. Staff and owner Scott are awesome. Always accommodating...If they don't have what you are looking for, they try their best to get it for you if they can. My #1 and only pet store! Thanks Global!
