An example of the best retail has to offer, not just in pet stores. Staff is superb, genuinely friendly and knowledgeable, product selection is great, discounts from loyalty card a treat, and with regard to cat litter, always something decent on sale, lol. (Two cat household). And I might add, for those still feeding their fur babies grocery store cat food, when I switched to a premium brand (in my case, Summit), within a month, my 13-year-old tortoiseshell had regained her soft shiny coat and was quite a bit more active. A few dollars more than Purina, Whiskas, etc.? Yup. But aren't they worth it?

The employees here really know their products! I was in the store looking for homeopathic remedies for worms in dogs and the employee that served me had a wealth of knowledge about each product they had on hand. In the end she did suggest checking with my vet because they have remedies that treat worms much quicker than what they had. I'm really thankful for her sharing her extensive knowledge with me and explaining each product so I could be informed and choose the best way to treat my dog. Great service! I have always had great experiences at the store!

Love it good service and one of the only place in Moncton where you can get good quality frozen feeder for reptiles a bit pricey but in a hurry they have most of the size avail too if you can't find it just ask an employee.
