I’ve been here twice to pick up packages and both times it was a two trip deal. First trip you will be told you package isn’t there even though the tracking clearly shows it was delivered. Don’t give up! On the second trip your package will magically appear.
I dropped off an Amazon return here for Purolator shipping and I was told to put it in a black bin he had on the front desk. Quick and simple. I’ve waited a week to check up on it and it’s in Purolator’s system as shipped the day after I dropped it off. Good. Leaving a review here since all the negative reviews here almost made me not go here, but glad I tried it myself first!
I'm giving this business a six star review! Although, I must say, a small amount of dust was exposed to the box, for the box, that my parcel was shipped in. Additionally, the proprietor did not immediately assume a servile and obsequious manner. Finally, I might add, that due to the unclear manner in which the space is organized; I was forced to have a human interaction with the person working there. I imagine that some patrons would find such an experience as exceedingly trying. Perhaps there is some kind of medication that people can take to help them get through the experience of dropping-off, or picking-up, a parcel. Seven star service for me, made my day.
Packages all over the floor, and they can rarely find what you've come to pick up. They've lost my packages on more than one occasion. Rude employees to boot. Hate that this is the default location for missed packages where I live.
Do NOT go here! Total criminal enterprise. If you drop a parcel here for example Amazon, Purolator, FedEX it will never leave the location. They are just keeping the stuff! AVOID AVOID AVOID
S**t box, fedex needs to stop redirecting packages here. The owner needs to change the hours and stop wasting peoples time.
The guy working in here is such a grumpy person. Was super rude when I was trying to drop a package off. Decided to just take it elsewhere to ship it. Avoid this place if you can help it.
**A warning to anyone who plans to pick up a package. ** The hours on the door are not when the owner opens and closes the shop. There was myself and another man waiting outside for 30/45 minutes after the shop should have been open. He arrived and I asked why they weren't open and he said he drives 2 hours to get to the shop. I sympathize with him I really do, I said well maybe put a note on the door so customers can understand that the hours aren't set and you may or may not arrive on the said times. He said no I can't do that. So if you plan to be there on time 9:30 Am open he maybe won't be there until 10/10:15 and the number on the sign is not reachable so do not bother calling.
DO NOT go early. Guy was not there as opening hours say. Didn't read other comments until I got here. I recommend calling before you go. Still waiting 18 min after they were supposed to be open.
How this place manages to stay in business is beyond me. Reading some of the reviews and experiencing it myself. Unfortunately, Purolator redirected my parcel to them. I was told by Purolator to call this place, give the tracking number and they would tell me if my parcel is there. Yeah, right. I did call and the rudest, unprofessional guy answered the phone and told me “Go online and check”. I said I would appreciate if he could just put in the tracking number in his computer and check if the parcel is there, so I would not waste my time going if it wasn’t...and his reply was “No, we have a lot of parcels here”. What?!?!? Isn’t that part of your job?? I felt like he wanted me to apologize for asking him to do so. As someone who works in customer service, I was appalled at the rudeness and lack of professionalism. Please avoid this place at all cost.
