We are delighted with our new carpets! The process with Paul from start to finish was so easy & chilled, no stress at all. So personable and professional to deal with. Dave who fitted our carpets was so lovely and was here for ages making sure it was perfect! The results speak for themselves. Highly recommend global carpets!
Couldn’t be happier with the product and service from Paul at Global Carpets. From the appointment I booked online I got a call that day to confirm. Paul knew exactly what I wanted in terms of bespoke rugs and arrived on time, professional and had all the Covid measures in place. He showed me the samples and I found it much easier to choose the perfect shade with the samples in the actual rooms. I really feel I would have made a mistake colour wise if I chose in a shop. There was also a range of herringbone linen binding to choose from to finish my rugs. They arrived this evening, on time again, as promised and Paul even moved furniture to lay them and hoovered them to ensure they were perfect. Absolutely fantastic service thank you very much Paul and all At global carpets! Very happy customer !
Very professional and reasonably priced. I had Paul here the next day after my enquiry. He new what exactly what I was looking and what would suit my hall. My carpet got ordered that day and was fitted the following week. The fitter was very professional and friendly. Overall I would highly recommend Global Carpets.
Top Class Service!! Needed a comfy carpet fast for the new baby room and spoke with Paul from Global Carpets. Told him what I wanted and he chose the best colour to suit the room. Fitter landed in a few days, got stuck in and was gone in 30 minutes!! Didn't know they were even there!! Room looks bigger and feels great on the feet. Good quality, thick and cosy. Very good price also. I know where I'll be going when I need a job done again!! Thanks Paul and Team!! Unbeatable service!!
Another happy and very satisfied customer here. The whole process was very professional in all aspects. Paul is a true gentleman from the beginning 'till the end. Paddy is brilliant in what he does. Overall, me and my wife are so delighted that we have chosen Global Carpets to do our carpet. From the moment Paul came and brought his showroom, as to when he set the date, until Paddy fit the job, never felt anything wrong. The best part is, the price is so realistic and very affordable. We got in touch with Global Carpets and within a day Paul was out to the house with carpet samples-the whole process was super efficient from start to finish. The carpet fitters were the same - very professional, in and out. We are delighted with our runner & landing carpet and would highly recommend Paul and his team. Its refreshing to get such good service and quality.
Paul was very helpful throughout the entire process. From my initial enquiry to the final fitting, everything ran smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’ve attached a before and after to show you the amazing work by Global Carpets. Highly recommend.
In buying anew house we had to refloor all of it. We got Paul to come to the house with the Showroom, with all the timber and flooring samples. Very easy way to choose flooring in the house where it will actually end up. We chose herringbone laminate / wood effect lino / carpets. Very decent price and very efficient installation by the other Paul. Would recommend Global Carpets to anyone looking for new flooring.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Paul and his team have a wealth of experience and it shows in the professional service they are providing. It was also great having Paul come to the house, we were able to choose a colour that suited the decor, unlike wading through 100s of samples in a showroom. The fitting team were also very efficient. Fantastic service from Paul and his team from start to finish. I hadn't heard of Global Carpets so was a little unsure. It couldn't have been easier. Booked an appointment with Paul, at home, and the whole process was so easy. Today, I had a couple of lovely guys arrive today to lay carpet in my stairs, landing plus all the bedrooms. They did a cracking job and it looks fantastic. Really delighted. I thoroughly recommend Global Carpets.
