They went above and beyond to guide us through this difficult time. Their main concern was that we were satisfied with every detail from selections we made to the service, burial and lunch. We buried my great aunt in late 2002 followed by my great uncle tragically, just a short 3 months later in 2003. This was by far the worst months in my life.nBesides this, I always make sure to stop here, each time I travel this way to visit them.nnThe staff here are always so helpful and accommodating and at one time helped clear their stone to locate them as they were buried under the snow! I was and will be forever grateful for their help that day.nnThis review is based off how the staff were and continue to be helpful as well they always ensure to keep the cemetery Field of Honor section so clean and tidy even after 20+ years!nAs much as I dont like coming to cemeteries, Glenwood has always been a peaceful experience for all my family visits.nThank You

Glenwood took care of all the arrangements for the cremation and celebration of life for my wonderful father Rob McCaskill. We lost him suddenly and far too soon, and the entire staff of Glenwood treated my entire family with such respect, care and attention to detail.nnWe dealt mostly with Chantelle and Nichole–both of them were extremely empathetic, warm and welcoming to us at a time when my family was extremely vulnerable. My dad's service was exceptional and went off with out a hitch. The food was wonderful and all of the other staff was so helpful in getting our keepsakes on display.nnI will recommend Glenwood to anyone who finds themselves in this terrible situation because they will take care of your family with the utmost respect and care. Glenwood Funeral Home has been absolutely amazing during our difficult time. We recently lost our loved one in August and Neal has made the entire process extremely comfortable and stress free. We had no idea that such a beautiful and tranquil place even existed in Sherwood Park and he took the time on our initial visit to show us the entire property and made sure that we received exactly what we wanted for our loved one’s final resting place. Glenwood Memorial Gardens has been such a blessing during this difficult time of losing our loved one. I had no idea this majestic place even existed in Sherwood Park and now it’s my favourite place in Sherwood Park. We met Neal during our first visit there and he has now become a great friend. He took care of us from beginning to end. We decided to do a memorial bench in memory of our loved one. It turned out perfect, I couldn’t be more pleased and gives us great closure. Neal stood by us through the whole process, finishing today with placing the urn in the vault attached to the bench. We felt so supported and our loved one respected.
