Glenwood took care of all the arrangements for the cremation and celebration of life for my wonderful father Rob McCaskill. We lost him suddenly and far too soon, and the entire staff of Glenwood treated my entire family with such respect, care and attention to detail.nnWe dealt mostly with Chantelle and Nichole–both of them were extremely empathetic, warm and welcoming to us at a time when my family was extremely vulnerable. My dad's service was exceptional and went off with out a hitch. The food was wonderful and all of the other staff was so helpful in getting our keepsakes on display.nnI will recommend Glenwood to anyone who finds themselves in this terrible situation because they will take care of your family with the utmost respect and care. I look forward to visiting my dad's resting spot in the summer when everything is green.nnThank you for making this process as easy as it could be, we are eternally grateful.

Went to visit my grandparents and was a bit disappointed that a missing screw on the date plot reported some time ago wasn’t fixed and the vase was missing. Reached out by phone and was very lucky to have Bonnie take my call. Within a week vase and screw were replaced. Grateful for Bonnie taking the time to follow up. It’s good to know that if your family has paid for perpetual care they honour it. Thanks again.

When Dad passed dec 26 the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Best experience dealing with the gentleman who picked him up to staff in the home. But the pricing to do a basic cremation in a mdf box and cardboard box to bring him home in with viewing and no service was 5400 and a extra 272 for 12 death certificates for a total of 5700. Mom passed 3 month later and shopped around 1395 for same service and no viewing. Do not shop sherwood park for services rip off. Edmonton is cheaper, leduc same. Go to trinity funeral home

Hands down the nicest kept cemetery in all AlbertanThe staff is not only extremely qualified but so nice. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to handle my loved ones. And I look forward to doing business with them again. Also shout out to the property for being genuine nice people. I love talking to those guys.

Nichole is absolutely fabulous. A true listener, attentive to detail and exudes professionalism. She is very compassionate and caring, whether it be towards a family member, friend or complete stranger. I would highly recommed her.
