Glen Meadows Auto Service is a family owned and operated auto & truck repair facility. We carry full warranties on all our repairs and parts. We have some of the best Technicians in the city from Master Diesel Technicians to Red Seal Auto Technicians. We work on 99.9% of Domestic - Japanese - European vehicle and light truck diesel manufacturers. We do Out of Province and Commercial Vehicle inspection. Our prices are competitive with most facilities anywhere in the city (we will try to price match any competitors price). We have 3 loaner vehicles for even more customer service. Such an amazing shop!! Some lug nuts had fallen off one of my tires and the tire was about to fall off. I went to the closest shop to my house and I am so thankful I did. Very caring staff. They checked the tires and let me know it needed repairs. Offered me to drop it off and gave me a loaner car a hybrid! Called me at work and went over the plan. Very thorough. Explained everything in great detail, and made me feel very comfortable leaving my escape with them. Very very nice people and I highly recommend them to anyone! They also gave me a free car wash. It's the little things that count also!! Thanks team and I will see you soon for my check-up!

I had a great experience going here for my out-of-province vehicle inspection. After originally failing my inspection, the staff explained the next steps and what parts I would need to be fixed in order to pass well. As someone who has minimal car knowledge, I found their staff friendly and trustworthy. Overall, the prices were reasonable and the staff was helpful. The service and people at Glen Meadows are excellent. They made an extra effort to do the work on my vehicle within the time I requested. They phoned me to explain the fluid and filter replacement work that was needed, and checked with me before doing it. Glen Meadows is the best auto place in the city! They have helped me out with my car multiple times, always super friendly and approachable on the phone and in person. They never make me feel dumb for not knowing car terminology and they also recommend cost saving options whenever they can. Glen Meadows Auto is amazing! They have been our auto service provider for years over multiple vehicles. The gentlemen there are kind, respectful and helpful. Came in for an alignment, and had some broken parts that needed to be done before I could get an alignment. What I think gave it 2 stars is that they over-charging on repairs.  Quote to repair initially was $2100, sent the EXACT quote to another mechanic and was quoted at $1600. I then sent it to another out of town, got it down to $1200.  I would use them if you need something small, like an oil change or an alignment. But if you need to get repairs, PLEASE go somewhere else. They will over-charge you.  Edit 1: I went to my old mechanic that I used before moving, which I had used for years which sent me the $1600 quote. For my used car that's 14 years old that I bought for $5,000 initially I don't need "premium" parts. In reality I just want it to work.

I brought my car in to have the brakes looked at and the repairs were done the same day and at a reasonable price. As a female, visiting the mechanic isn’t always a positive experience but the staff made me feel very comfortable me treated me kindly and fairly. I’ll definitely be back!

From first walking in the door of Glen Meadows Auto Service, you are greeted by very friendly staff! The coffee / waiting room area is great! Everyone is very knowledgeable and I appreciate that even the front desk people are licensed mechanics; they know their stuff. I highly recommend them!
