Great team of installers Quick clean and informative
My wife and I had Glen Ellis Heating install a new propane high capacity fireplace in our home. We found the company to be professional in all regards. They supply top quality equipment. Their installation crew works carefully yet fast. They are courteous and highly skilled having installed fireplaces, stoves and furnaces at many locations. We were particularly impressed with their scheduling of work to be done and how patient they were to ensure we got the fireplace we wanted in the location most suitable. Once installed, they didn't leave until the unit was thoroughly tested and we were comfortable with the operation of the fireplace. I highly recommend Glen Ellis Heating for any fireplace, stove or furnace installation. Oh, I almost forgot...they service our central A/C unit too!
Glen Ellis Heating recently installed a new propane furnace and propane fireplace at my home on Saturday November 2nd. I was converting from oil heating and an old wood fireplace. I called the installation team Saturday morning to inform them that due to the wind storm I had no power at my house and that we could reschedule for another day. Keith, one of the installers, informed me that they could do the entire installation using a generator. A team of four installers arrived at 9 AM and were completed the entire installation of all equipment by around 3 PM. I could not believe the professionalism of these guys. They even ran an extension cord for me so I could make myself coffee. This was not an easy job by any standards. The walls of my house are over a foot thick and they had no worries about anything. They ran new lines for the propane tanks, exhaust vents and chimney vent. They were all so friendly and courteous. They went through everything with me and tested everything before they packed up to go with the aid of the generator and made sure I knew what to do once the power came back on. My power finally came back on at about 3:30 PM, and Keith stayed to make sure all was working and that I was comfortable with everything. I cannot say enough about this company. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful job. Glenda, who runs the showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable when we were looking at all the different fireplaces and furnaces available. Glen, who came to my home and quoted the job, was very knowledgeable about all of the items we were thinking about and helped us select what he thought we needed for our home. I must say that we had 4 different companies come and give us quotes on the equipment and installation. Glen Ellis was the only company that sat down and prepared the quote on site the same day. 2 of the companies took 2 weeks and 1 still hasn't given me a quote. This is a fantastic company!
