1. The principal is something my moms emailed her several times about things that had to change and the email was completely disregarded. I understand she's busy but regarding certain topics it could've been answered.nn2. The school counselors are extremely disrespectful. They tell the teacher everything along with parents. I talk about the issue of my friend dying and she never sees me again.nn3. During my last year we had 2 code yellow and 1 code red one involved the breaking of a teachers arm or something. The people of my graduating year were fine, not a lot of drama. It was mainly that year grade 7's they are absolutely insane like in every way possible. I have one complaint about a person last year she was something guilt tripping trauma dumping and ect but that's a personal problemnn4. The hygiene at this school is disgusting i'm not sure if it was that stank classroom and the people or just the people but mrs poor's class 78 split was DISGUSTING i know for a fact it was the 1 person for sure but make sure your kids are showing, brushing their teeth, deodorant and ectnn5. everyone in that school tries to be gangsta it's actually really funny the school got graffitied last yearnn6. Most teachers will just completely disregard any problems however SHOUT OUT TO MRS KONG FOR BEING THE BEST TEACHER EVER MRS FLUTURE ASWELL.nn-Honest review from a student perspective i've gone to Glen Carin all 10 years i'm not sure how much worse it's gotten but i graduated 2023
My kid has been going to this school for just over 2 years now and I must say at first the reviews terrified me but I wanted to give them a chance and see for myself.... My kid loves this school, the teachers and students. I can also confirm that staff is extremely kind and helpful.
If I could give less than 0 stars I would. This school is absolutely out of control. The staff disregard parent requests. Harrassing parents daily with incessant calling and emails. Yet they dont take accountability for their own selves. They have inflammed sotuations and then punish the children for reacting. The principals and teachers are a mob of bullies themselves who've no respect from the children here, resulting in utter chaos . Expect to receive frantic calls from the teachers with kids screaming in the background. Steer clear of Mr.Price as he likes to harrass children and parents. Worst school I have ever dealt with.nThe principal fails to manage the school and her staff. Always complaining about childrens. Very very negative school.
Believe the reviews about the bullying and the lack of concern from the teachers. I've emailed, called to talk to someone about my son and daughter, which her brand new Jordan's came up missing. They refuse to reach out back to me. According to my son and his friend Mr. Price likes to single him out. That info and the fact they have a hardtme responding leads me to believe that its true. If you can help it, send your kids to a different school.
When we lived on Frontenac and this was my childs first school she was petrified in kindergarten when I brought this up and stated it was too soon to start her at age 3 3/4 for she turned 4 in DecembernAll they did was threaten me upon having my child removed from my carenThey did not at all care for my daughter and prevented her growthnSuch repulsive behavior from the male principal who yelled at the boys just because it was a constant thing for them to be in the office.nEven my mother saw this and was disgusted.nShouldve spoken up years ago
