Sold us a new tractor but have had trouble keeping it in our field. McCormick has not been able to provide parts and service in a timely fashion. Also were unwilling to provide a repacement tractor while figuring out the warranty issues...for Months On End.... ongoing battle to get compensation for down time. Want this lemon replaced but no satisfaction to date November 15-2018.
It's a great store but it's hard to tell that their open. Minimal equipment inventory and just not a general presence to give you the impression that they're there for you. You'll get a very different feeling as soon as you walk in the door.
