Was given a shampoo set as a gift, no refunds or exchanges on any hair care products! Kind of ridiculous spend your money elsewhere if buying for someone else!
After being 5 minutes late to a waxing appointment somewhere else, the un-named business cancelled my appointment very frustrating. I frantically called around to see if I could get in somewhere else. Most places were all booked up for the evening this was after 5:00, but I called Glamour Secrets and they were able to fit me in that evening. Glenda was so friendly, accommodating and professional. Apparently she's been doing brazilian waxing for 20 years, and it showed because my wax was quick and I was so happy with the results. I will be going here for my waxing from now on, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
It has always been difficult to find a salon in this city that offers eyebrow threading. As mine grow out thick and dense, threading is the best option. Doha is so skillful and talented at what she does. I am glad I got it done by her and I am added to her permanent customer's list.
The girl was very pleasant, she had no trouble answering my questions and talking to me to pass the time. The nail quality and colour turned out perfect. She constantly asked if I liked it which I liked. However the price was expensive and it took 2.5hr to finish.
Wonderful customer service , Makayla is super nice and she did an eyelash lift on me although I am not satisfied with it at all, took an hour and a half and the end result was barely noticible. Only thing was good about it was the tint, which made my lashes darker. Other than that, there’s barely any curl to my lashes and I followed the aftercare instructions thoroughly. I don’t know if it’s becayse my eyelashes are short and really straight but I was not satisfied with this service at all. But makayla was super sweet, comforting, and very very customer service oriented . I’d recommend her to anyone, just was not satisfied with the results of my eyelash lift which came to 60$ with tax.
Best experience ive had till now. Farhad did my hair and styling and it couldnt be better! value for money. Talented, helpful and nice team.

I've never had my hair cut there, but they have a great selection of products that they dont sell at chatters.
When I went here last week the manager, Shanolla, was the person who served me. She was very friendly, and knew her product incredibly well. Top notch service!
I had a service that I wasn't pleased with, used the contact form on their website to explain to them what happened, why I wasn't pleased. It's been several days and just no response.
