I reached out to glamorous affairs on June 12 requesting a dessert table for an event on June 26. They offered me the Nicolette table and I confirmed my details and address. The following day I confirmed the table rental and requested information regarding pickup/drop off. I didn’t receive a response so followed up via phone call a few days later. I was told they had my email confirmation and accounting would send me an invoice. A few days later I followed up via email and left a voicemail. I still received no response. June 23, 3 days before my event, I still hadn’t received word and requested if they would just confirm either way. I heard nothing from the company and was left in a stressful pinch days before my baby shower. Very disappointing, unreliable and terrible communication. Do not recommend.
