I cannot recommend Gilpin's enough. They were compassionate, gave us their full attention and treated us like family. We first spoke to Nikki on the phone and felt listened to and supported. She made our next steps very clear and asked what she could do to help us. When John came to pick up my father he made us feel very comfortable and at ease, which helped immensely while grieving and feeling lost. I have met Robbie before at previous funerals I have attended and his attentiveness and compassion have really shown through the years. They take being there for families very seriously. Gilpin's have been doing funerals for decades, but clearly put attention and care into every single funeral they do.
I had used other funeral companies in the past but Gilpin was by far the most caring, helpful and efficient. I won’t go anywhere else now and recommend them wholeheartedly.
