I bought a pendant for my girlfriend in a gift shop in Jasper in 2014. I enjoy seeing it on her every day. Attempted to buy another from his website for my daughter for her birthday but his website did not work. So I called him directly. He seemed interested enough to accept my information and charge my credit card.He told me the item would be shipped within 2 days. However, it's been 2 weeks and I have not received the pendant. And all of my attempts to communicate my concerns to Gilles have been met with disinterest and silence. I asked him for a tracking number and he would not produce a tracking number. Who mails merchandise without a tracking number? I can not recommend doing business with this person.
