Gilboy's Towing

Extremely helpful and patient while I worked things out with insurance and my car company. Even let me stay late while I waited for a ride after all was said and done. Good people and service.

We had a wonderful experience with Gilboy's Towing. Our vehicle broke down on the interstate right outside Butte. We called our insurance for roadside assistance and they dispatched Gilboy's. Before I was even off the phone with the insurance I received a call from them so they could find our location. Of course being an out of towner, we weren't exactly sure where we were. I told him a few things I saw around me and he knew right away where we were located. He arrived to our vehicle 15 minutes later. He told us all (myself, my husband and our 2 children) to load up in the tow truck and he had the vehicle loaded within just a few moments. On the way to drop off our vehicle to our hotel (where we told him we wanted it to be), he stopped at auto zone so my husband could run in and grab the parts we needed. Not only did he stop there so my husband could grab parts, he went in to help him carry the parts out to the truck. We were very happy with the quick and friendly service we received! Thank you, Gilboy's!!

Wonderful shop! These guys really took care of us. Very kind and professional. And they have an adorable shop dog!

Late Thursday PM AAA called Gilboys to tow our vehicle that had broke down. Gilboys not only responded promptly to our tow needs but they also worked our car repair into their busy schedule on Friday because they knew we were desperate to get home. They went above and beyond to get our vehicle repaired and even fixed our broken light on our utility trailer. They were awesome, friendly and very helpful. Without their help we would have had to stay over night until Monday which would have been costly and very inconvenient for our vacation schedule. We were so lucky to have Gilbert rescue us! These folks were a God-send to me and my daughter. We were driving across the country and our vehicle broke down a few miles outside of Butte. We were 2400 miles from home and totally at their mercy. I thought for sure it was the transmission. A less honest person could have swindled me out of thousands of dollars. But that is not what they did. They towed us in to the shop and immediately got our vehicle in and diagnosed a faulty computer module. They had us back on the road within an hour and charged us a very reasonable fee. The employees were very friendly and nice. I could not be more happy with my experience with this company and definitely recommend them based on my experience.
