4 dollars an hour for the best gaming pc in the cafe 3 dollars every hour for a slightly different pc. Overall good experience. They serve some snacks and drinks there as well so u can always get something to munch on there.
Super awesome and chill spot to play video games, it's super affordable. The staff is very nice and I really had a good time playing valorant with my friends. Highly recommended
4 dollars is pretty cheap considering the specs of the comp
This place has some of the fastest computers I have ever used, and for a decent price. Unsurprisingly, it is a popular gaming spot as a result since the machines can run almost any game and appeals to that kind of crowd. It is also open 24 hours, and I've been here some late nights that can be enjoyable, especially with the dim lights and quiet buzz of the computers. Unfortunately the positives has its drawbacks and there are many things that are concern for alarm especially during the "after hours". For one, the owners/employees are almost too lackadaisical when it comes to enforcing a respectable and welcoming environment. I have seen fights break out here between people for whatever reason, and people will openly roll a joint, drink beer, or talk about selling drugs here, and the employees will do nothing about it. This is kind of alarming especially for an all ages Internet spot. Makes it feel very run-down and degenerate. The term "cafe" is also questionable too as there is mostly just servings of junk food and energy drinks and not any actual brewed coffee and the more traditional menu you would expect at a Internet cafe. Maybe Internet "spot" is a more well-suited name. Would I recommend this place? If you need to use a computer for a cheap price yes, but I do not recommend coming here after 9pm when things feel uncomfortable and scummy
Re: The cafe recently renovated, it's very spacious and extremely clean. Should definitely come. Especially with the current situation, they sanitize all the equipment after every customer, and everyone is keeping safety measures with masks eg. PCs are apart. Overall, it's incredibly safe to visit during this time
Super cheap to play around on. I paid $1.50 for half an hour. Tried to play DotA2, was too laggy to do anything. The atmosphere is dark, dingy, and really dirty. I didn't feel too comfortable touching anything. A lot of homeless sleep here during the night. Bathroom is something of the nightmares.
I come here when I want to comfortably type for seven hours straight at odd hours when the campus library is closed and when I want to write somewhere that isn't home. It smells weird but not unbearable; you stop noticing it after a few minutes. The chairs are very comfy, the walls are a dusty oxblood with *no* posters or ads nice!!, the computers very speedy, the keyboard has satisfactory clicking noises and the mouse is ergonomic. All in all, a solid place to bang out an essay, and a charmingly no-frills place to focus on your digital task at hand. Hot tip - bring a large water bottle because there is nowhere to refill, and if you value your eyes, download F.Lux as they have their monitors quite blue.
It looks sketchy from the outside because you can’t see through the windows that are covered with game animations, BUT! It was actually pretty nice inside. The door was left open but the A/C was really going so it was cool inside. In terms of the smell, I didn’t smell anything until couple of new customers came in. I think they are smokers and the residual smoke smell was just....smelly. But anyways, you pre-pay $2.50 an hour and then they put the timer on. The internet was super fast, the chair was comfy, they have headphones with mic at every station.
They have good computers and good internet for a really good price You can definitely play competitive as they have a 3080ti and 240hz
Powerful PC, friendly owners, but they don't provide headphones here so you might hear what other people are playing next to you through their speakers, but you can plug in your headset Edit: Sept 26.2017. They have gaming chairs and headphones now. Way better than beforr
