My go-to for flower delivery needs at work and personal use this time of pandemic and so far, it has been both easy transactions and no issues! Recipients were happy and flowers arrived on time and I was constantly updated of delivery status. So far, happy customer here!

I NEVER write reviews, but we very sad that Bloomex Ottawa delivered half-dead tulips to my great-grandmother. We had ordered these to cheer her up! As far as I can tell their customer service department is non-existent I have called 7 times, and tried chatting online as well. BEWARE.

Ordered for a friends birthday, and they were lovely - I was so happy! They don't always match up to the pictures online, and can be a little disappointing - but these were pretty and very full and healthy. The ordering was easy and arrived as scheduled.

I've used Bloomex three times so far and each order did not disappoint! All my friends that received their flowers were so happy with the arrangements and colours. Will definitely be using their service again!!
