Giles is professional and very good at what he does. We have very large windows that needed automated blinds. After researching different companies, he was the only business I felt confident could handle the project. I was right! He offered recommendations that no one else did. It addressed all our concerns. Very happy with the end results! Would not hesitate to recommend GiCor to anyone.
Giles did a great job providing us with a functional custom solution for our atrium windows and the installers executed without a single issue. The quality and service they provided was outstanding.
Ordered blinds from them. Giles is knowledgeable about the blinds. He provided quick response. Installer is nice and friendly. However, there was defect on the product and Giles refused to apologize and gave me an impression that it was the customer fault. Poor customer service. Problem was fixed.
Giles gave amazing care and due diligence in making sure my parents' home was serviced correctly and with the up-to-date customized technology. We had some to troubleshoot an issue with delays on automated lighting and Giles responded and fixed the problem within a day, on a weekend. I'd highly recommend Giles if you need quality home products with amazing customer service since their team truly cares about providing the absolute best.
Great people to work with, very professional & knowledgeable on Smart home technology & window coverings. Every question has been answered with depth & care to attention. I have sent friends to them and they too, have had a great experience. Blinds, Home Tech, furniture & draperies this is the only place to go for top quality & complete service.
Thank you Giles and GiCor! They did fantastic and quick work putting in our blinds. When they were coming over to take some measurements of our windows, our CO2 detector went off, and they stuck around until it was cleared by the firemen so that they could finish the job! I would highly recommend them!
