My experience at this location has been nothing but absolutely terrible, and not due to the products or location but do to the utmost rude,disrespectful,degrading,unhelpful cashier named Helena V. I have had the unfortunate pleasure of having to try and return/exchange items at this store due to the simple fact that the size was to small from a gift. Instead of trying to accommodate myself as a customer she spoke to me as if I were some sort of criminal trying to scam her when all I wanted was a bigger shirt for my father on Father’s Day! She argued and came up with every excuse not to give a refund “the tags weren’t on it” of course they weren’t! It was given as a gift, do you leave the price tag on things when you gift them??? NO! And then she goes well the buttons are u done they’ve worn these, how do you think they found out they didn’t fit??? They tried it on!! There was identical shirts on the rack she could have compared it to. I had the receipt which on the back states “Satisfaction guaranteed or your money cheerfully refunded with presentation of sales receipt-no time limit” also giant tiger has a “hassle free return policy” welp I can tell you I was give. The most hassle I have EVER had to deal with from this Helena V cashier. She should be ashamed of making customer feel uncomfortable about a simple return. How absolutely infuriating!
Good store good prices I like how most of their store all have the same or similar floor plans, make it was to find stuff. Alwaly found it clean and organized. Sadly there wasn't great mirrors near the sunglasses which wasn't great, otherwise one of the best places to shop in the area if your trying to spend cheaply.
“No refund without receipt”nnI literally asked what the refund policy was and the cashier told me leave the tags on and it’s fine, then I go to return the item and the best they can offer is a gift card only valid at the store that literally just lied to me about the refund policy the day before.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well laid out making shopping extremely pleasant.
Canadian all the way!!! Great prices and great atmosphere. Employees are very friendly and informative. Only place I shop!!
