This must be near ly the biggest GT around. It was the size of a big grocery storenParking lot immediately in front of store was fine. It was getting there from road that was the hassle.nI like deals but passed up on 3 of those 3/$8 deals. Something about needing only 1 that turns you off, at least it does with me. If I can't store it or consume it before it goes bad then ... Not a deal. Buying 3 big bags of chips is ok if you live on the stuff or having a party.nThe store looked like it opened recently.... Clean and well stocked. This was a very serious competitor to a grocery chain store.
Sooooo disappointed! I got some tropical plants from here because they looked healthy and my daughter was really wanting to start her own plant collection. Got our new plants home, changed their soil as it was old and dry.. these plants have killed EVERY SINGLE PLANT IN MY HOME. I have spent well over a thousand dollars between my plants themselves and their care .. and i didnt notice that the GiantnTiger plants were completely infested with SPIDER MITES. I tried to save my babies with tips from the internet, but it was too late.. im devastated. They sound like just plants but some ive been working on for over 5 years and have been through so many life changes and memories with.nnBuyers beware.. literally all my plant babies are gone because my daughter wanted two plants from giant tiger. Never again.
A few weeks me and my family went to the giant tiger for some groceries and daily essentials. Unfortunately on this day our daughter asked to purchase a plant. Her mother is an avid plant mom as well and gladly said yes. In the weeks since bringing the plant home, we have watched every plant in our household wither and die. These are tropical plants, accrued over numerous years, for more than a pretty penny. Now our decision to get our daughter into plants has led to the loss of every plant previously owned. My wife has diagnosed the issue as spidermites. This is the first plant we have bought from giant tiger and will be the last. I highly advise anyone else thinking of purchasing a plant for anyone but their worst enemy search elsewhere.
Friendly staff and clean store. I wish the sale items were better stocked at times but still my go to spot
My elderly mother gushed about the help she received by Mariah Pike today. She had a return but her debit card was not working. Mariah showed a lot of patience and kindness helping her through what is a simple process but can be difficult for some. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The kindness you showed her is not normal these days and is greatly appreciated.
