I was using the non-self check out & the gentleman cashier did some hilariousncounterfeit checking theatrics with my very legit twenty dollar bill. Holding it to the light..then took out another legit twenty from the register to compare it to. Thank goodness I passed his test & could leave with my jar of Prego spaghetti sauce. The clerk in charge of self check out saw it happen and we both had a nice giggle. Day of visit August 20 2024
Giant Tiger is a little kitty cat that claws prices down so we can actually afford to live. They're merchandise is quality and much of it is at my place..after I legally purchased it and kept my receipt, just in case. I enjoy the selection and Giant Tiger also features great grocery produce sales with some big saving for families on fixed income and budgets. If you need food, clothing, foot wear or quality items for cold Canadian winters. Check out Giant Tiger first. Its gonna save you time and money. Don't shop at those Dull-Marts..shop smart..shop Giant Tiger and save big TIME! Luv MalcomStay strong London.
I shop at Giant Tiger frequently, but today I experienced a bit of a shock when my bill was not offered the same deals as my sister, who bought almost the same items and her bill was about 7 dollars less. We both have VIP accounts so we should have been offered the same pricing. I reached out to customer service providing both of our receipts and the explanation was basically, everyone is offered different deals individually, based on prior purchases???? No sense to me. Anyway, pay attention to your bill and if you go with someone, compare prices. Very disappointed. I should mention that it was not at the Springbank location Masonville London was the location
This is my favourite giant tiger hands down! Their customer service is awesome, everyone is so friendly, and Curtis their store manager always goes above and beyond.
Zero customer service, one staff lady was so rude to my 3 years old daughter. She was angry that why my daughter was taking stuff, My daughter is small she don’t understand but that lady is mature enough to understand but she doesn’t care. So bad and disrespectful
