This place has the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had in my entire life. The beer selection is also great. The Legendary Stout and Razzle Dazzle are delicious and as a non-IPA fan, I really enjoyed their IPA. Thanks so much!
We had burger, halibut and farmers salad. All of this was very, very good. Even the coleslaw tasted freshly made. Service was also just fine. Between the two of us, mixed reviews on the chicken wings due to the quality of the actual chicken not the coating. It was good Would come back for sure. Would be nice to have a cheaper beer special. Nice to support a local small business.
Service was great. Food was exceptional. Prices were good. But boy was it cold. Someone needs to find the thermostat. Definitely going there again.
Super unimpressed… the service was majorly lacking. Granted there were only two servers on but it is a small restaurant and should’ve been manageable. I have been a server so I understand. There is only one vegan friendly option other than French fries which we ordered one of and got two - I wasn’t mad until our bill came and they were $11 each… for a small plate of French fries. The only vegan dish is cauliflower hummus and kimchi dish. I have zero reservations about eating weird things but this was such a weird dish and unfortunately the flavour was not there. I ordered two cocktails while there and the first was decent but the second was warm, ice had almost melted and was watered down by the time I got it. Server was only friendly at the end of the transaction while we were paying. Overall just extremely irritated and disappointed. Will not be going back, will not be recommending this place to anyone.
We stopped by because a friend said their burger was amazing and he did not lie! Soooo delicious and super friendly service! Will def be back
Service was pretty good and the beer was decent as well. The pizza was pretty lack lustre and tasted kind of like the stuff you get in the frozen food section of the grocery store. The pizza is more of a flat bread style which really isn’t for me. It’s almost like they forgot to put the yeast in the dough. The chicken sandwich is pretty tasty but you get a pretty measly portion of chicken on your sandwich. Other places I have went had at least 50% more chicken and made a more substantial meal than what you get here. Our server was very nice and prompt.
Great service! Would love to see more vegan options though such as a vegan burger rather than a vegetarian burger. The servers were very accommodating making my pizza without cheese for me though. Much appreciated! I've had a couple of the different beers that they offer and enjoyed both. I will be back. Great atmosphere!
Amazing fish and chips, really good Caesar as well! I like the outdoor dining area, but the inside seating is tasteful and comfortable as well. Very good prices, I'll definitely be back.
The service was amazing! Andrew was great! He was attentive, funny, and personable. The family and I are mostly from out of town, and heard about the amazing service and happy hour here so we came while visiting BC. Keep up the good work Andrew, you have a knack for working with people! Thanks Giant's Head Brewing!
Fish and chips were killer, and the flight of beer was really good to! Great customer service, 10/10 would recommend 100% would go again!
