I can only agree to the reviews. When I arrived the Dorctor wouldn't even sit down to talk to me, just asked "what?" And treated me with contempt. Where is the lovely Dr Kamenova? She would take her time with each patient and I've spoken to a few and never be rude. I hope she is okay and returns. Two stars because the ladies at the reception are always so lovely and helpful.

Terrible, terrible visit. Book w the older Doctor if you want to get verbally abused for speaking English. Even though its listed as such on Doctolib. Just needed bloodwork for an MRT; yelled at me for even booking w him. Everytime ive had bloodwork ive seen a doctor first; this is normal. I was told i could get bloodwork from anywhere as long as it was within 8 weeks of my MRT. The old Doctor claimed i could only get it at the neurologist not true and almost refused to help me. Also, another dude took my appointment when my name was called even though he had just arrived. I was still doing paperwork and thought i misheard him. The doctor seemed extra annoyed at me for this. He's just a complete ignorant AH and needs to retire. Do not book w him if you want any semblance of a medical professional. The other doctor and staff seemed nice. I think its just him.

Had to book two appointments with this clinic in order to get a sick note for an upcoming surgery. They promised to send it on the date of the surgery and I even sent them a reminder email. They failed to send it, I called 20 times and emailed 5 times with no reply. While I was still recovering from the surgery I drove out to the clinic so that I could finally get the note and they tossed me aside despite me clearly being in pain from the surgery. I had to wait half an hour and line up several times before they gave me a sick note which didn’t cover the necessary days. I’m now not going to bother with this incompetent clinic anymore and request a sick note from another clinic.

I came there for a specific skin issue. The doctor took me in a rush and wanted me to explain my problem in front of everyone. Since it was sensitive I wanted to speak in private. He took 30 seconds to look at my skin and gave me a wrong diagnostic. My doctor back home took more time and used materials to tell me something different. After that he was gonna give me a cream for my problem but I didnt feel comfortable to take that medicine since I was sure my problem was something else. I told him I will go to a doctor that will take time to listen to me and check my skin with care and not just take 30 seconds and a glance to tell me what I have exactly. I would not recommend this doctor for sensitive issues or more complicated cases. If you have a cold or the flue then I guess that would do. The staff at the reception is way more caring and nicer though.

I took an appointment online as I was very sick and in need to go to a doctor. Unfortunately, Dr. Fatih did not take the time to think about what was the cause of my sickness , he didn't even raise any good questions to analyse my situation. He only asked " why didn't you go to the hospital " while I couldn't even leave bed as I was sick , "did you get a covid test " I didn't have any covid symptoms, I had a food poisoning. He didn't even ask me if I want to get a sick note . I needed to ask for medication that even at the end he didn't write but only mentioned verbally.

Terrible doctors office, not even capable of taking out all of my stitches. After 2 visits I still had to take out 4 myself.

I came in last minute for a sore throat issue then they asked for covid test which i should go to the nearest pharmacy and went well. They treated me nice and professional.

DoctorKhosrow Lotfipour was unprofessional and not friendly and was in hurry to finish my diagnosis as soon as possible , he isn’t talking English or Arabic or even bringing any nurse to translate and we were communicating by signals , he didn’t even bother to examine my body and didn’t write any prescription and just wrote down some medicine and told me check with arthopedie doctor if you didn’t get better and that’t it.

Avoid this place. I went there 2 days ago and the doctor barely looked at me - he basically said that I was stressed and should rest. It's pretty clear that I have chickenpox, so I get back there and hear that "nothing can be done unless a hospital proves it", so I show all the rash around my body and he tells me....to drink a lot of water. No prescription. No nothing. Water. Gut gemacht.

Consultation lasted less than one minute. Doctor didn't even look at me properly and just said that I should rest and drink water, without checking anything before.
