Great product and selection, but above all else amazing customer service! We have purchased shoes and backpacks for our kids here in the past. We were just in today buying some rain boots... while there we mentioned that one of the Fjall Raven backpacks we bought there last year for our son started fraying on one of the seems so he stopped using it. They ended replacing it on the spot! I did of course have to provide proof of purchase, but it was great that they didn't just direct you to the manufacturer like so many other stores would do. We were so impressed with the way the very pleasant lady who was helping us handled the whole situation so professionally. Honestly, based on today's experience we will be customers here for life. We live in Mississauga but will continue to travel all the way across the city just to shop here.

Be careful going to getoutside around closing time I arrived afew minutes before closing to find that the store closed early. I called ahead saying I will be there around closing and was unable to be served with a guarantee $300 sale obviously they don't go the extra mile to help a customer. They employees were still in the store when I arrived and we're unwilling to serve me.
