My wife and I were thrilled to find a Sonic trailer that suited our needs. We were looking forward to weekends away together in our new trailer. We placed a deposit and make the sale conditional on financing and the trade-in of our used 2004 Rockwood. We did not haggle or ask for anything extra. We knew from our research that our used trailer was worth anywhere from $2000 to $5000. Jesse told us our trade in would be worth roughly $4000 but depended on inspection. Another dealer actually did offer us the same amount inspected or $2500 unseen but we were not that keen on their new trailer. Our used trailer needed a new floor due to cracked linoleum so our son installed new laminate flooring over the Christmas holidays. There were no signs of severe water damage. My wife and I scrubbed and cleaned the trailer outside and in for over 6 hours. In our opinion, the trailer looked amazing. Jesse appraised the trailer last week and offered us $500 due water damage. He actually wrote "I am not trying to steal your trailer". I was annoyed with his attitude because he really was trying to steal our trailer. I advised him that we won't be proceeding with the new trailer and if he could give us a quote on a temporary repair so we could take our trailer home and fix it properly in the spring. He quoted us over $800 and likely more as it was time ($109/Hour) and materials. I was expecting him to simply tell us that he values our business and the emergency repair was like $100 or even no charge. He would have regained our trust and we would have likely proceeded with the new trailer. I definitely feel he was trying to take advantage of us. This is not how a local business should treat local people. When I picked up our trailer yesterday and was refunded our deposit, I told Jesse that he did not handle our business properly and it is not good to leave us with this poor customer experience. He said very little as I think he knew. I don't think he even cared about losing our business. Shame. My wife and I will never go back to this dealership.

In the past, we have purchased parts and supplies at Get Hitched for our old trailer, and have always been treated well. They've been helpful and gave good advice on how to do some small maintenance items myself, which is appreciated. We sold the old heavy clunker, and told Jesse that we were in the market for a good used travel trailer, and they found exactly what we were looking for. Jesse showed us the trailer when it came in, and explained all the things that we would need to keep in mind that might need attention over the years (on a used trailer), and when we picked up the trailer, it looked brand new! Super happy with the team at Get Hitched, I'd recommend them highly.

Top notch service and sales professionals... You really get what you pay for. Don't let some bad reviews steer you away from this dealership. Worth the stop in and see what Jesse and the fellas have to offer!!

For all to know, our experience at this RV dealership was and is fantastic, could not ask for a better experience. That goes through the entire process from purchase, to cleanup, to walk through hitch setup and delivery. Then beyond to an after delivery problem that I created. They handled it in the most professional manner. Even though It was entirely my fault they were right there going to make it right no matter what. We highly recommend making your next RV purchase here, you will not be disappointed. Wow!
