I don't know how to say this without it sounding overly dramatic, but honestly, just a few physio sessions with Michael have brought massive relief for excruciating low back pain that lasted nearly 3 years. Who would have thought that one rather simple exercise would make such a difference, and in such a short time?! I was told by a top neurosurgeon that I would have to rely mainly on "pain management" (drugs) and cortisone injections to the spinal area to deal with my pain. I am so very grateful to Michael and to Get Fit Physio for the great care and expertise! I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you so much!!

Fantastic customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a clean environment! My physio sessions are always enjoyable as Michael is always ready and motivated to guide me through rehabilitation. I definitely recommend this clinic!

I began experiencing  Sciatic pains two years ago and tried everything to feel comfortable without success.
Finally, upon the advice of my doctor I went to Get Fit Physio and met Dimitri. 
Well, after 5 sessions I can safely state that I am on the way to recovery. 
The approach at Get Fit suits me perfectly.  I am given the tools for me to take charge of my recovery. At this stage I feel about 70% recovered and by continuing to follow the plan I should be fully recovered shortly.
I highly recommend Get Fit Physio for their professional approach.

Very professional, straight to the point! I suffered back and shoulder pain for the last 8 months. Tried several treatments with little or no success. Get Fit Physio put me on the right track in 4 sessions. They are there to really help you understand the causes of the pain and the way one can heal it through exercises and a healthy way of living.  I strongly recommend them.
