The person who runs the warehouse portion needs to find a job where he doesn't deal with the public. The sales end is helpful and knowledgeable.

Their products are misrepresented in quantity. I ordered a product from them through Sears Marketplace. The listing was for a pack of 35. I received one item. Asked for a refund and was denied. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered an item that was supposed to come 24 to a box; received one. Did not bother to deal with company since other reviews (I saw too late) described the same problem. Just cancelled through my credit card.  Sears puts its name on this company but is no help either. Be warned never to deal with this company.

Largest building center in many miles, contractor orientation... but us weekend warriors are SOL. I've been there 3-4 times on the weekend, and it's staffed by teens and people NOT DIY handy-type.  Only go there when in need of something that the small town hardware stores don't carry now. Quite disappointed.

Ordered a Chicago Cutlery set. (Free Shipping) The set came with a missing knife and I was told to ship the set back to receive a full refund including shipping ($15.91) They told me the shipping costs would be refunded separately. After three calls I accepted the fact that I had been lied to.
