My daughter wanted her ears pierced for her 7th birthday, and Staci was recommended to us. Our piercing experience was amazing. She really talked one on one with my daughter - getting her consent, explaining aftercare, boosting confidence and calming nerves. Staci rechecks healing and changes jewelry for free, was reasonably priced, and doesn't push any sales. Highly recommend!Service: Ear piercing
If I could give zero stars I would. This shop pierced my fiancés nose with bio flex which is garbage in the first place. Titanium flat back studs are the only jewelry that should be going into a fresh nostril piercing which I had told him!!! If I was there this would not have happened. She ensured him that bio flex jewellery is amazing and they even use it in certain heart surgery’s. She then told him that if a bump appeared it was normal and that “when it goes away that’s when you know it’s healed”. After this she instructed him to clean it three times a day. This is some of the worst piercing knowledge/advice I have heard any shop give to someone. Honest to goodness I was AMAZED when he said she used an actual needle to pierce him. Literally the only thing she’s done that I can agree with. Will be taking him to a proper piercer to get this fixed. Absolutely mortified about this happening. I see there are other reviewers who have had similar experiences as well and the shops responses seems belittling at best. I hope anyone reading this will go to a properly trained professional who knows what they are doing and listens to customers questions and concerns.Service: Nose piercing
Brought my 5 year old daughter who’s been asking for her ears pierced to Staci and it was an excellent experience. Staci was great with my daughter and was very clear her consent and not moms was the most important. Staci was very patient and explained everything to my daughter. Not a single tear though the whole process!
This is the best piercing shop you could get. I’ve been to other shops before and this is the first shop that i’ve gotten a piercing done at that actually cared about the health and safety of the customer. I recently came in to get some ear piercings checked out because it was so badly done by a different shop and Staci was happy to help. As soon as she took care of it, my ear felt immediate relief and has been looking a lot better already. She truly knows what she’s doing and i’m definitely coming back for way more piercings. Service and pricing is excellent. I definitely trust all their knowledge and advice
Got my helix piercing done here by Staci, and honestly, the pleasure of being in her company was half of the experience! The other half being her utter professionalism, deep knowledge of everything about piercing and after care, and totally painless superhuman speed piercing skill. Won't be going to anyone else for any future piercings.
My daughter wanted her ears pierced so after reading through many mom groups for recommendations we came here today and I am SO glad we did!! Staci is AMAZING not just with nervous children but with anxious mothers too haha! She went through everything step by step with my daughter, showed her the tools, explained their purpose, explained after care, gave us so much time and attention in the piercing room. Staci is an amazing piercer! She pierced my oldest daughter’s ear and today we did my youngest and my nose. She is fast, honest, professional, clean, talented and amazing with kids! And adults. I highly recommend her and Lakota!Services: Ear piercing
Staci and Lakota are great! I had my lobes pierced really young so one side ended up being way to high. Staci pierced it lower to match my other ear. Lakota replaced the little bulb when it came off, free of charge! Great service, overall!Service: Ear piercing
