I ordered a new debit card from them after they detected fraud on my old one. They said they would send it to my new address as soon as possible. I got a letter of confirmation in the the mail after 3 days, but now 3 weeks have gone by and I still haven't gotten it yet. In fact, when I called them a week ago, they still hadn't mailed it yet, but they said they were putting it in for tomorrow. It's been 10 days and still no card. As it is my only method of spending money, I have been unable to buy food or supplies for me or my apartment for 3 weeks, and all I have gotten from them is a half-hearted apology about the mail. Will apologies buy food? Have I stumbled into some newfangled economy? I just want my card.
Small town bank with big problems. One of the "big mouth" employees there told mutual friends about my finances and income. Little bank...small town...big problems. Five dollar a month service charge for checking....when most banks have totally free checking. Bank somewhere else!
Horrible customer service. Extremely rude and condescending people to deal with.
Easy to work with. Excellent and friendly staff.
