Geraldine was absolutely fantastic.  It was my first time buying a house, and I was completely lost.  She was organized and thorough, incredibly patient, and ready to advise at every turn without once trying to tell me what to do.  I could not ask for someone more supportive and competent. She never for a moment steered me in her direction, simply guided me when I needed it.  Provided info on an inspector, and a lawyer, but only when prompted and without a hint of pressure. After the death of my grandmother, Geraldine Taylor assisted with the estate sale of her home. She was amazing to work with. Very empathetic and patient as we worked through that difficult emotional period. She brought in professional photographers, design team, and marketing experts to maximize the exposure the listing received. We were extremely impressed and pleased with the responses we received and the effort went along way to helping her children and grandchildren make the most of her legacy. I will absolutely be utilizing Geraldine for my future personal residential and commercial property purchases.

Selling this land in Kemptville has been a long and tedious procedure and I am go glad it was you with your patients and calmness that produced such a great outcome.  You provided us with information on the Realestate market and the town which was very helpful.  You worked with the town planners to get the best results for our property and in harmony with our lawyer and our team.  You were honest and straight forward with lots of advise and information to help us make our decisions and now all is good. I recently listed and sold a property with Geraldine. As a rental property it was   a delicate  situation with the tenants in place.and often present for showings. I can't say enough good things about this realtor.She was always accessible,responded to any of my concerns in minutes diplomatic, very professional , undertanding and respectful to all involved.She helped me  remain calm, focused and realistic about the current market. This sale could have been very difficult but Geraldine's exceptional social skills and real estate savy paid off. I highly recommend her to anyone considering listing a property  as she helps her clients steer through some of the biggest decisions they will make in their life.

We almost listed our home with Geraldine. Over a couple meetings she was often unfocused forgetting details about us or potentially confusing us with her other clients and lacked basic details about the market. We did not feel confident in her abilities. We ended up parting ways and chose someone different to represent us.

I would never recommend this agent to anyone. She cost me a possible 50,000 on the selling of my house. Suggested to list at lower price on the rationale the the would be more offers. At the same time she did nothing while coddling my wife with getting the house ready to list.

Geraldine is professional, knowledgeable and thorough in all her dealings with me.  I am always impressed with her knowledge of the local market.  Thank you.
