Wouldn't even recommend to roaches. Nasty, dirty! What a difference. Stayed here before pandemic, it was nice,a little renovation going on, cool! Came back in April 'of 22. The place was bent, tattered and torn. The thick dust alone on the plants in the hall was disgusting. If you don't put them plants out in the raining let nature power wash them. Karaoke was fun both times.
The exterior of the hotel looks good that's why we chose this hotel over the other budget hotel in the area, when we walked in we asked how much a night, they said 146$ a night, went back out and booked it online with haft the price. We got a king room 147 ground floor the room smell like weed and or smokes, had to leave the door open for a while and turned on the AC the floor was really sticky the bed was a single mattress the bathroom looks bad and really need to be gutted and updated even if the bathroom is clean it still looks bad, loud music in the parking lot guests are very inconsiderate. No breakfast. Only stayed one night. That's only what it's good for.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Multiple Bed bugs found within the first hour of me being there. And while washing my hands the sink fell off the wall. Worst staff, ever did absolutely nothing to help or compensate me. Even with pictures of the bugs and sink, they told me I could not get a refund, even though I stayed for 2 hours, and they also rented the room out immediately following my departure. It’s disgusting. After days of trying to get in contact, Marcia, the general manager was very rude and no help. I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK WITH DAYS INN ROSEVILLE!!!
Nice hotel people are a little short with you and there's no breakfast. The only thing they give you is coffee and juice . I stay at the one up north several times I keep going back because the atmosphere and everything about the Days inn up north is fabulous I wish they were more like that down stateRooms: 3/5
For the money it's your best bang for your buck.. The price is just right, my room is always clean & Davon at the front desk is always very helpful as well as does his best to get me checked in in a timely manor! Great location always a good experience at this Days Inn!
If negative star was a thing.. We arrived to our room late in the night with our two children under the age of two. Two bed room. It was FILTHY. I went to the restroom to find a cockroach staring at me infront of the toilet. Then they just kept coming from places in the bathroom. My babys feet were disgusting after touching the floor, there was red blood stains on our blankets/sheets. Their janitors need to do better, they need to have it looked at for bugs.
The female manager is a complete clown. Wouldn’t let me speak to the higher up supervisor and just mocked me and kept hanging up on me like a little girl. Doesn’t know how to handle her anger appropriately and has a huge attitude problem. The maintenance people are nice but she’s just a devil. Not sure who would make her a manager. This is terrible service.
I had visited this hotel a couple of years ago and it was ok for the price so I decided to book a room again and it was a mistake. The rooms are dirty. The carpet is disgusting. The drapes were dirt. The bathroom vent was rusted and bent up. I used took a shower and the water didn't drain until a hour later. The first room they gave me was worst than this one. Good location plenty of stores and restaurants.
This is the worst experience I ever had. Never stayed at the hotel but yet they took the money from my bank account. I never authorized for this company to take the money. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel.Service: 1/5
Rooms were clean. Had a plumbing issue 2nd day of 3. They moved me to another room. No problems. Kids loved the poolRooms: 5/5
