I've been waiting 4.5 hrs for my order today. I'm a Regular customer. This isn't the first time I've had to chase down my order either. staff is friendly and helpful but... May I suggest maybe hiring more drivers? Thanks for listening.
I order from here all the time, several days a week and until today I have had nothing bad to say and would have highly recommended them to anyone. After today I can no longer recommend them in such high praise and I will tell you why. I called this morning and the manager answered took my name and said I will call you right back. 10 minutes goes by and I realized that she only took my name and not my number, So I called back give it to them and the manager starts completely yelling and reaming me out, talking to me like I was a child and saying "obviously you are in a hurry so what do you want to order." So I place my order and when I'm done usually they say it will be 1 to 2 hours, but she said my order would be 2 to 3 hours. So basically she acted like a child because I called back to make sure they had my number. Very disappointing, I will add more to my review if my order is wrong or takes a long time which I am expecting is going to happen. UPDATE: the shatter I ordered was horrible and I assumed that they would not do anything to make it better, but I was very pleasantly surprised, they absolutely took care of me and exchanged the garbage for really good stuff. So I am now giving them 4 stars because I have only had the 1 bad experience and so many other really good ones. I will eventually put my rating up to 5 stars if things continue to be good
Place an order nothing over 4 hours text the number from the site to be told its on the way now it's the next day and still nothing. I have asked for a refund but they are refusing to do it. Be careful of these guys
Well its the one place you get what you pay for its worth your money, both ways you win. Amount, mg,s cost....like 1000mgs for $50.00 ill get 4 to 8 days depends on how bad im doing that dsy guess...
Love this place, haven't been in a while. Their prices are unbeatable for usually really good bud! They also have a good selection of edibles as well as ones for dogs, lots of different strains of shatter, hash and vape pens and refills. ATM on site!

Place straight up ripped me off! Placed a online order around the same time they got raided. They accepted my money the same day and I still have not received my order. They finally provided me a tracking number a week later that showed it was delivered. I called the shipping company and they confirmed The sender gave them the wrong address. I went to the address they provided and rang the doorbell and knocked a few times hoping they received my package by mistake. No one answered both times I’ve gone and house appears to be vacant. There was no signature required when they shipped it so my pkg is still missing. I have sent several emails and get extremely vague response or no response at all. They took my money and shipped my order to a different address. At this point I just really want my $305.10 back.
Worst customer service I have ever had in any business I have ever dealt with. I would strongly advise against ordering from here. My order never came 4 weeks ago and I have been emailing them with absolutely no reply and you can never get ahold of anyone by phone. If you want to take a chance with your money sure. But you could end up paying for an order and never receiving it and you will never get ahold of anyone to talk to so you will never get your order. They took my money and have done nothing to show that they care in the slightest.
I ordered some stuff online and it arrived within 2 days and is completely smell proof and discrete! Very very impressed. Best prices I've ever seen. 10/10 will be buying from here again!
Placed order, expected Canada post, delivery guy called at 930 at night to say he was at my place, I was not home, come home the next day to missing order. No email response from the company for over a week. Mind you my package was placed in someone else's mailbox, 2 blocks away, complete different house number may I add lucky for me the person was honest and since my name and phone number was written all over the package, the receiver called me and returned my bud. Mind you, he opened it and thankfully works in the industry and pointed out to me that one of my orders was completly filled with MOLD. I finally tracked them down by phone the next day. They exchanged my moldy order and gave me 1 free pre roll for my trouble. To add insult to injury, a week later I get an email response with my traking number saying "delivery confirmed" , so that is clearly how they respond to email issues. Very hesitant to order again, definitely buyer beware, you may get your order , you may not, you may get mold, you may not! Ha! Definitely a risk buy! Disappointed for sure, they use to be my fav place in person...
