When I visited this place it was overcast and we didn't get a good view but still it is really beautiful. Hike is absolutely worth doing. There is an ascent of 800-900 meters very quickly, so you can take breaks during hike. We didn't do the glass floor due to overcast there is extra $ for it. We went further to magical forest and it has amazing views!
Reasonable price, nbeautiful nature, nexcellent access to the main street and lovely boutiques.nConvenient services include clean toilets and showers, access to water and electricity at each campsitennDo not miss the sunrise and sunset
This park offers kilometers of hiking trails on a rather rough terrain. It wanders on the side of the mountain, which makes it more challenging as you will encounter some significant elevations, going from water level to several hundred feet. At the same time the view points are wonderful and on a beautiful day you can expect some fantastic sceneries as showed on my pictures, all the way to the Percé Rock. The multiple belvederes will give you a 240 degree view of the surrounding bay.nnThere is a grotto in the park that you can access through a trail follow signs and also a glass platform that you can go to tickets cost extra and must be purchased at the Pavilion. It provides a nice view on the Rock and the bay area, facing east. Quite the thrill too to be standing on a glass floor!nnDefinitely a park to hike, although do keep in mind it's quite demanding due to the elevation and rugged terrain.
The park was amazing! My family did not expect the attraction and the camping site itself. The best part is the suspended glass platform that took our breath away. Not for faint of heart and afraid of heights. You can either hike it to the top or via a shuttle for a fee. A good vantage point of Perce, QC too!
We visited this place when it first open in 2017. There is a navette that can bring you up if you are not able to do the hike. The hike is beautiful, the trail is very lush. We even found picnic tables inside. Directions are clear and the paths are well marked. Once you are on the platform the view is breathtaking and amazing! There are chairs and a small bar for drinks. We would definitely go again!
