Hands down the best dentist I've ever had! Dr. Herlihey always makes sure you're comfortable and taken care of; he even calls the evening of a procedure to make sure you're doing okay and answer any new questions you may have thought of. The staff is always extremely friendly and professional! Such an excellent establishment!

I've had a wonderful experience here. I've had two wisdom teeth pulled and a crown & root canal done. I've never had a doctor or dentist call me the next day after a procedure to see how I was doing, except for here. I recommend him to anyone who asks.

Excellent dentist. There isn't enough positive I can say about Dr Phil Herlihey and his staff in such a small space. They always take care of me and my kids, and our teeth look beautiful as a result. We have been seeing Dr Phil now for 8 years now, and I could not imagine going any where else. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Phil Herlihey.

I highly recommend Dr. Herilhey in Loves Park, IL. I had severe tooth pain and he got me in right away and helped the pain unlike the other 3 Dentists my husband called. He also did the root canal on my cracked tooth within 3 days of the initial visit. The root canal took about 3 hours, but he took great care to ensure I had very little pain. He delayed the procedure by 20 minutes because I felt him begin the root canal so he could give me more anesthetic. He even has a high tech anesthetic injection system that takes a bit longer, but I felt no pain with the injection. It really is great to find a dentist who does normal exams and root canals so it costs less and takes less time. My husband had a root canal, but it took a lot longer and he had to see his normal dentist and then schedule with a specialist to have a root canal and even though that was 4 years ago, his root canal cost 30% more than mine did now. Dr. Herlihey also called the night after the procedure and the following morning to see how I was doing. I was doing well, but it's very nice to know he's ensuring I am doing well.
