Gentle Dentistry

The reception staff are Snooty and condescending. The hygienist cut my mouth with the x-ray thing. After a 3 hour wait I was informed by the dentist that she would not help my broken tooth and exposed nerve, but would refer me to a Oral surgeon.. that would be able to see me in a week or so. She wouldn't help with pain. The only reason I've given 3 stars is because they were able to email my referral in a timely manner to an oral surgeon I had to find myself. Unfortunately I must use this dentist again because it is the closest to my home that accepts my insurance. DENTISTRY IS A JOKE!

Just recently started coming here, and I had a good experience my first couple days. today I went in for a deep cleaning, and I felt like I was being judged and ridiculed by the girl who worked on my teeth, lindsay. My teeth were in bad shape, and obviously I wanted them to get fixed so I can properly take care of them. I do not need remarks on how my teeth are. Just keep your comments to yourself, i was there the day before and was already told how to take care of my teeth from the doctor. Also, she had me use one of the suction utensils, to suck my mouth dry, when it should be her. It is her job to do this, not mine. This woman was rude. Dr ibberson and Becky are the only two I will ever see. Dr ibberson is kind and gentle and very steady. He makes you feel comfortable, doesn't rush. Will be seeing more of him!!

I cannot say enough good about this office. The staff is kind and it is easy to book. There used to be some issues with this office a few years back but i have had nothing but pleasant experiences here in the past year that I have been back for myself and my kids! This is saying alot as I have had a dear of dentists and not very many good experiences in my past.

I'm terrified of the dentist and when I called for an appointment, I was in distress because I chipped my tooth and I was in pain. I told them about how scared i was and they prescribed something for anxiety. When I got there they were very gentle with me and treated me very kindly. They fixed my tooth quickly and without issue. I've been to about 6 different dentists in my life and these people were the first I've seen to ease my anxiety and make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them.
