I absolutely love the staff here. Everyone is super nice & helpful. I’ve never had a negative experience in this office. Jorie is absolutely amazing & truly cares about her patients. I’ve had bad doctors in the past; but if you want someone who truly listens to your concerns, has compassion, and knows what they’re doing then this is the place!

I had my first visit here as a new patient today. I honestly had a very pleasant experience. Everyone from the receptionists, the nurse, my doctor to Ben the lab gentleman who said he'd take a late lunch for a consumer to be able to get his blood work done before court. I used to go to the McLaren residency center here in flint and the care and effort put forth towards everyone was night and day. My waits to be seen were not long either which I value the office respecting my time. I saw Francesca sp? I apologize! and she was friendly and addressed all my concerns as a new patient. Thank you for the great care!

Dr.Hawkins truly cares. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. He wants to see you thrive, and will certainly do everything in his power to help you succeed. Couldn’t recommend him more… and his credentials speaks for themself.

Had 3 great nurse practitioners here but they all left for other opportunities. Have had nothing but a miserable time since seeing Francesca. I am currently on the phone with my pharmacy for the fifth time about medication that I'm sure is still not refilled . Received a message that they have called them 3 days ago but I don't know to which pharmacy who knows not mine

Have had multiple issues with this practice involving scheduling and miscommunication. Even spoke with the supervisor regarding this issue and she assured me some one from the front office would call me to reschedule my appt. Waited and waited but never received a call. Had to end up calling them for medication refills and was advised I needed an appointment for that, but the schedule was booked out for 3 weeks. THEN a staff member had the audacity to tell me I needed to take some responsibility for them not reaching me to schedule the appt. Extremely unprofessional environment. Discharging myself from this practice TODAY.

It’s been a couple of days and I still haven’t been able to get my two meds refilled and now I’m having withdrawals, I’m trying to remain civil but this situation is making it difficult. I don’t understand why people would take these jobs if they’re not gonna do what’s required of them, totally unprofessional.

I started seeing carol almost a year ago when I was a complete mess. Now I feel very good thanks to her. I am saddened that she is leaving but happy how she is leaving me.

I wish I could give more stars the staff are friendly and patient not to mention the nurse practitioner that I see char is the absolute best I was so nervous that I wouldnt be listened to and she made me comfortable enough to talk to her and confidence in her word thank you so much for your service. Oh and a nurse named Ruby she was also very sweet and understanding and made me super comfortable with the whole appointment. Would recommend anyone seeking mental or physical health.

I’ve had nothing but OUTSTANDING visits, everyone there is so friendly! Honestly best doctors/front desk reps/and psychiatrist I’ve ever been too.

Took off work for physical. Was told when I got there that Dr. Wong couldn't do my physical because he wasn't my primary physician. Wow poor communication. That mt my primary wouldn't be able to do it until in December. Didn't even feel bad. I had already been waiting. Changed clinics.
