Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, I can not discussed your specific care due to HPPA. I would say, generally speaking, I would say "We don't accept your insurance, but we would be happy to see you, but you would need to pay for the visit". It's then the patient's decision on whether they want to continue treatment or not. We have since updated our procedure on patient financial responsibility, to make this more clear. My first experience here was nothing short of amazing. We went right into a solid plan for caring for my feet. We discussed possible surgery but first we decided to try some fitted inserts to see if they could help with the majority of my pain, which they did... for a little bit. My insurance changed with the new year before scheduling my follow up after a few weeks with these inserts. I called to make an appointment and when he discovered that my insurance had changed, mind you I pay almost 300.00 for single person insurance. This Dr. immediately dropped me. In the middle of our plan to fix my feet. If you’re looking for someone to do the job halfway, this is the place to go. Thanks for wasting my time and well... nothing really.
